The "Hollywood Hammers" emerge in 2017 with Hammers Esports' partnership with the TCL Chinese Theatres (Hollywood, CA) and MediaMation, Inc., creating a new joint venture called Hollywood Esports. Our goal as Hollywood Hammers is to help create a new platform for immersive spectator experiences for the esports and gaming world through the integration of MX4D® theatre technology. We can't wait to show you what's in store for the future of esports and the Hammers organization.
Brand founded in 2015 under the name "Halcyon Hammers", our emerging Hammers brand history runs deep alongside the release of Vainglory by SuperEvil Megacorp, a mobile device MOBA positioned as the first mobile-esport of the millenium. In today's app-driven, social media-centric marketplace, not only do new esports organizations have to be faster and more agile among their peers, they have to contend with the classic esports titan organizations that have always prioritized their player-communities prior to being internet famous—we enter this challenge rebranded as Hammers Esports, LLC (Los Angeles, CA - North America).
Hammers Esports is committed to applying cutting edge practices in community building, events, brand marketing, and technology to our Player-first philosophy for the long-term. We aim to provide every one of our members (and not just our competitive professionals teams) with the tools and support they need to grow as a cohesive, family community to succeed both on and offline. We believe that this solid #HAMFAM foundation remains the very reason we tend to breed and retain champions. Our mobile esports teams in Vainglory, Clash Royale, and Critical-Ops have taken 1st place Championships around the world and we aim to continue this winning pattern as we expand further into popular PC titles, such as Overwatch.
